Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products—including custom wigs, ready-to-ship wigs, lace front wigs, lace closures, and related items—all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Exceptions may be made only in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective and have not been worn or altered in any way. To be eligible, the product must be reported as faulty upon receipt and must remain in its original, unworn condition.
Please note that any product with the lace cut, tampered with, or styled in any way is not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement under any circumstances.
